The seats are extremely uncomfortable. Our seats were at the back. During take off until refreshments were served for more than half hour your attendants were shouting at each other and having a petty argument which we had no choice but to listen to. This is unprofessional and uacceptable! Also you state that you will accept cas for refreshments but the attendatnts had no change. To pay by card for a bottle of water is rediculous. Will not be using this airline again if I can help it.

Good Day I am actually very unhappy. The return flight from Polokwane could not land on time due to fog. Because of that I missed the connecting flight at OR.Tambo and I had to buy another ticket to Capetown. I have already paid R7560 for the return flight from Capetown to Polokwane and to pay another R1450 because the aircraft could not land I feel is defnitely not fair to me either. I was utterly dossapointed when I had to pay an unexpected R250 for an extremely small bag that I normally would carry woth me into the plane. Other passengers with similar bag sizes had their bags inside the plane and thought that it was unfair for me to penalised.

It was a shocking experience. I was 1 minute late due to a severe thunderstorm kn CT. I was not allowed to board. I could not get a flight to Jhb. Missed my international flight. Lost the whole ticket which cost a lot of money. Had to rebook 2 one way tickets at double the cost. Lost R 60 000 due to your unwillingness to assist someone for a event that was outside of my control.
