My first nightmare was when I was sent up and down during my first day. Only to find that your unfriendly staff should have advise me that I have to leave the other luggage since we'll was over the limit. If I was told during my first day I shouldn't have missed my flight because I was sent up and down at the last minute I was told now it's 6h20 now I can't fly and I had to pay R940
