Professional and respectiful
There were a lot of delays so it was always stressful between the flights. Will there be enough time? Coming back Johannesburg to Durban nothing free to drink because now suddenly it was Mango. Other things were fine.
The flight got technical problems, it was delayed by hours with engineers fixing it. It then departed and 25m later it started to experience more problems and we were flown back to O.R Tambo airport. It's a bad experience I had with the flight I booked and seems dangerous to fly in it.
Flight on time and good service
Too expensive. R5600 . Advertised price was lower. Uncomfortable hard seats.

General comment - the prices of flights are crazy, as cost the same as 11 hour long haul flights.
