I was very disappointed with sCreams. I ended up spending R2000 more for the flights because of your agencies who booked a wrong date for the return flight. I was also disappointed by the people who investigated the matter who insisted that I booked the 28 not the 27th. I forwarded the screen short with no comments about it. I am however escalating this matter. As a pensioner I cannot just afford to loose that amount of money
